PACKAGE I

The Jo

A “month of” style planning package with guidance up to six weeks prior to your wedding date, carefully detailed so you and your loved ones can enjoy your special day without distractions.

Upon booking this package, we immediately email you our Bridal Welcome Packet that includes our top vendor referrals and a detailed wedding planning guide written by our company owner

WHAT IT INCLUDES:

  • First planning session starts 5-6 weeks prior to your wedding date

  • Create a custom wedding timeline

  • Build a detailed décor list including all set up items

  • Ceremony & reception site visit (finalize venue details and floor plan)

  • Venue/vendor management and communication as main point of contact for you

  • Ceremony rehearsal coordination (includes 1 hour)

  • Full management of the wedding day from beginning to end (includes up to 10 hours):

    • Includes managing the entire vendor team’s arrival times and their set up as per their contract, includes directing your wedding party, family and all of your guests

  • Set up all of your personal items, which include:

    • Programs, signs, guest book, engagement photos, table numbers, place cards, seating charts, favors, menus, votive candles, family photos/memorial tables, cake topper, toasting glasses, cake knife & server

  • Pin on all boutonnieres and corsages

  • Hand out all final payments and vendor gratuities

  • Clean up of your personal items (Each vendor cleans up their own items. The caterer or venue is responsible for all food, beverages, trash, glassware, flatware, and any other rental items.)

PACKAGE II

The June

A “midway” style planning package with extra guidance starting six months prior, including all the perks of The Jo in addition to more hands-on + extensive measures to ensure your special day is nothing but the best day ever.

WHAT IT INCLUDES:

This package includes everything listed in “The Jo” package above, in addition to these extra items:

  • Upon booking this package, we immediately email you our Bridal Welcome Packet and our 12-Month Custom Wedding Timeline to keep you on track.

  • First planning session starts 6 months prior via phone call.

  • Monthly phone meeting for the first 3 months, then monthly in-person meeting for the last 3 months

  • Unlimited custom vendor referrals

  • Vendor management and contract management for your remaining vendors left to hire

  • Setting up your remaining vendor consultations for you and your fiancé to attend
